Comprehending the game design documents to understand the intended user experience
Implement new & optimize existing user interface designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and effective
Assist in establishing current design priorities, shortcoming and looking for creative solutions
Present and defend your design decisions. All design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Interact and collaborate with team members from different work units (design, art, programming, etc.), especially working closely with the UX Designer
Carry out all other related tasks
Skill/experience
1-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design, especially mobile games.
Understanding of material design principles
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
Open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon receiving
Sharp attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
Proficient problem-solving and related skills
Autonomy and proactive work ethic
Knowledge of ergonomic user interface structures as they pertain to game design
Knowledge of ergonomics (comfort and accessibility)
